Shipping policy

Shipments are made by DHL courier.

As required by the laws governing trade, all Boutique Tricot S.R.L shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

DATE OF SHIPMENT

All orders are processed and shipped during the working week from Monday to Friday except public holidays.

We wish to remind our new customers that Boutique Tricot S.R.L will ask Banca UNICREDIT to contact the Customer's bank to have the approval for the payment, so that we can then proceed with the shipment. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.

AVAILABLE ITEMS: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING

We ship all over the world with the courier DHL, and all shipments are by Boutique Tricot S.R.L insured against theft or damage, if you receive a visibly damaged package we ask you not to collect it and leave it to the courier. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

COSTS, TIMES AND DELIVERY METHODS

Delivery costs, as well as VAT and other possible taxes on transfers in cases where they are due, are charged to the Customer and are clearly expressed in the Order phase. Nothing more is due by the Customer with respect to the total of the Order shown at the end of the purchase procedure, except that any charges for customs clearance of the goods remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

The delivery times of the products are indicatively the following

ITALY 1-2 days

EUROPE 2-3 days

US and CANADA 3-5 days

REST OF THE WORLD 4-8 days

starting from the date of making the payment, where this is anticipated, or from the date of receipt of the Order, where cash on delivery is required. The times are not binding for Boutique Tricot S.R.L which, however, undertakes to execute the Contract within 30 days from the terms indicated above. Shipping times are to be understood in working days. We do not ship during the holidays.

The Customer has the possibility, having made the purchase via e-commerce, to collect the item or items at our stores located in Viale Roma 77 - Chianciano Terme (SI) and Viale della Libertà 532 Chianciano Terme (SI) during the opening hours opening of the same. In case of unavailability of one or more products after the Order, we will proceed to the shipment of the other Products ordered by the Customer. Partial delivery is considered valid and cannot be refused by the Customer, nor does it authorize him to claim compensation or compensation, except for the refund of the price paid for the unavailable products, pursuant to art. 3, point 7 of the General Conditions of Sale.

Boutique Tricot S.R.L frees itself from the obligation to deliver the products by returning them to the carrier for transport, pursuant to art. 1510, co. 2 °, of the Italian Civil Code The delivery of the products to the carrier also constitutes identification pursuant to art. 1378 C.C., with consequent transfer to the Customer of the ownership of the products themselves and of the risk of their perishing.

Sales made to customers resident in the following countries are EU countries and, therefore, are subject to 22% VAT:
