Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of articles (ORA 52 et seq). Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the right of withdrawal consists in the Customer's right to unilaterally free himself from the Contract, returning the purchased products with consequent reimbursement of the price, without penalty and without specifying the reason.

The right of withdrawal is the faculty of the natural persons who act for purposes not directly related to the professional activity possibly carried out. Therefore, dealers and companies are excluded from this right.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to send an e-mail to shop@boutiquetricot.com within 15 days of receipt of the goods, in response to which Boutique Tricot S.R.L will send the Customer a specific return form. The return of the products must be made by express courier with the possibility of tracing the shipment, the costs of which will be fully borne by the Customer. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the Boutique Tricot S.R.L warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.

Returned Products must be shipped within 7 days from the date of receipt of the return form and must be returned to the following address:

Compliance with the deadline is assessed with reference to the time of delivery of the products to be returned to the express courier.

For the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised, the purchased products must be returned intact, unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with labels.

The effectiveness of the withdrawal is subject to verification of the conditions of the returned products and their correspondence with those referred to in the Order and the relative return form by Boutique Tricot S.R.L. If the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised pursuant to the previous provisions, Boutique Tricot S.R.L will proceed with the refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned products. The reimbursement does not include transport costs, both those incurred for the original shipment of the goods and those for the subsequent return, and in no case will it be possible to exchange the items purchased with others. It also does not include customs duties deriving from returns from non-EU countries.

Returns must be delivered to the sender in the same way and state in which they were received:

• Original packaging.
• Intact and never used.

If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and whoever made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be made to those who made the payment with release effect for Boutique Tricot SRL
